Joyce,just to let you know I won the novice restricted fsm at the central region petplan area festival on a score of 73.61% so qualified for the regionals in feb2010, the judge made a comment that the music suited rielles paces and she even clapped at the end, thank you for all your efforts, we didn't video it as it was 8oclock at night but will be doing it twice more in the near future so will get it videoed and send you a copy, thanks again suexxx

10th June 2009 GOOD NEWS - EXCELLENT RESULT

As promised - an update.
We contented in our first freestyle elementary yesterday & won overall with just short of 74%. This was 10% ahead of the next placed person. Woop Woop!!!!
Scored 91.5 for overall artistic marks. (Rhythm, energy, elasticity 7.5/ Harmony between horse & rider 7.5/ Choreography 7.5/ Music & Interpretation 8).
Comments - An interesting floor plan & showed some highlights in the musical interpretation. Horse was working well with the rider & so the test showed true harmony - well done!
So we'll be off to the winter regional's. In the interim I'm going to see if I can adapt my floorplan to contend in a medium freestyle - so I would like to use this same music - but if it does not quite work may be in contact again to see if we can make any adjustments.

Dear Joyce
I hope you are well. Thank-you for the new format! It's very good of you.I competed at Croft top yesterday but did'nt do very well in the freestyle. Nice music, Lovely horse but shame about the rider!! I went wrong in my own freestyle!! Tried too hard and lost the plot. I got 65% but it could have been so much better.
Anyway I did'nt have a completely bad day 'cos we won the novice qualifier and half qualified for the winter regionals, so I was very pleased with that. Will keep on trying with the music and hope that my brain improves!!<tall order>!!

Just looked again , about ten times!!!! Love the dirty dancing. It's one of my favourites and love James Bond. It suits him.
Sure that I'll love it all! I just wondered if there could be a more definite end to the music at the last halt?
